My first time going and I had an amazing experience. However the food could have been better, drinks were good. Outside was beautiful and the staff was very nice. I’d definitely go again, as well I liked how it was casual and dress up.

This place is very nice looking in the inside, I don’t quite like the parking areas but that was manageable. Our waitress is why gave this place 2 stars, she was very attentive. The food was very unseasoned, we chose the restaurant because because it deemed to be Latin insprired on the website, but let me assure you IT IS NOT. The food lacked seasoning, we ordered $65 in food and I can assure you if are in the mood for seasoned cooking this is not it. My overall rating is 3/10 do not recommend.

Nice staff. I didnt stay i went in to ask for directions but they were super nice. It looks nice tho i will be back to actually stay tho.

On the night of my birthday, my group of friends and I decided to grab a late-night table (10PM) at Sanctuaria. They notified us that their kitchen closed at 10PM. To be mindful of their time, I called 2 hours before my reservation to notify them of wanting food prepared at 10PM. After the manager promised to fulfill our request, we took our time to enjoy the birthday celebration. Knowing that we’d be late, I called in advance asking if the food was going to be ready. The staff told me yes, and they were expecting me. We arrived to our reservation at 10:18 PM, expecting food as promised by the manager. He spoke in the rudest tone to me, expressing that because I was late, he was going to forego our order.nnEven though I was cognizant enough to call twice ahead of time before our reservation, the manager was terrible the treatment of my guests. I rarely write google reviews — however, given the significance of my birthday and the treatment from the manager, this review had to be published.nnIn addition, although sanctuaria is reviewed as one of the top cocktail bars in the Midwest, you should honestly save your money and head elsewhere. Really not that impressive.
