Everyone that works here is nice and accommodating. I've never had an issue with any of them. BUT, this is the slowest and most understaffed location I've ever endured. Don't go here if you don't have more than 20 minutes to sit in line when it's moderately slow. Reserve 35 minutes if it's at peak times. Also, why can't you tip on a card? That's mind blowing that you can't throw in a tip where it's deserved unless you keep cash. So the crew is understaffed AND under compensated? Nice.
Just so pricey. I rarely go because of that. The team they have working there is AWESOME. They make you laugh, and are respectful. All good kids...especially the dancers! Loved them!
Fast for it being 9am. I'm not a fan of coffee and my husband decided to get me a Cafe Mocha instead of my mocha Frappuccino so I was not happy...but...I got home added a little bit of sugar and he had then add 2 extra espresso to it so it ended up being pretty good. ud83dude0a overall, I'm happy
Love this location simply because of their staff! I come here many mornings and they always treat me with kindness and greet me with a warm smile. Love having my coffee waiting for me just how I like it with the order ahead option.
Great staff. Friendly and convenient.The staff here is one of the things I've missed the most in the last two months. Truly nice people
