Need to start using the QLess app like St. Charles County at a minimum, and put the state's dollars far better to work. For paying citizens of the state of Missouri this is a very sad, clear lack of effort. Sad, sad, sad.

Extremely unprofessional phone staff. Calls disconnected regularly, long hold times. No working voicemail box. All to get a stupid pin number so that I can certify my personal property. It's amazing how inefficient the city is and can't predict call volumes to handle major deadlines.

Horrible customer service. No one ever picks up the phone or returns phone calls or emails.

This has been the worse first car buying experience. Back story, I was driving my mothers car when a vehicle rear ended me going 65 and I was going 20. Got a concussion because the airbags and seat belt didn’t work properly. To the exciting part of buying my first vehicle and it’s my dream car. In the state of MO to register your vehicle you have to prove property taxes or get a waiver. Well, I’ve never owned anything in MO so I sent in a request online where I spoke with Michael Dauphin. I asked if it was easier for me to request via email or go into the office. In my mind I thought I was doing the right thing to avoid going to public places because of COVID-19. Michael then gave me the details to submit an application online for a waiver. The dealership is contacting me to get the waiver so I can register my vehicle in MO. I did everything asked, sent over documents with no response. So I CC everyone on an email to touch base because I am trying to get my vehicle legally registered. Michael told me a week ago that he would touch base with me. No response. So again I emailed with everyone CC’d and still no response. Two weeks after purchasing my vehicle I still do not have my documents. If I get a ticket for expired temp plates. I will definitely being going after the City of St. Louis for no communication, lack of customer service and negligence to do their job properly. MO has the strongest vehicle laws along with property tax. My SO is from Indiana and he can get a new ID online, yet, I can’t receive a simple email.
