They do a all right job, but what happen to bulk pickup the info online is old

Drivers consistently tear up roll-outs, skip cans, drive down the street (cul-de-sac), turn around and go, leaving full cans. Can't complain to anyone but the Service Bureau, and has to wait until the next day.

They are Non-existent or are abducted by aliens. My alley way can attest to that garbage overflowing/falling out all over and the smell! Can't even sit in your yard. But street cleaning day they are real good at why don't they instead do alley way cleaning day.nI was generous with the 1 star believe me!!!!Would never recommend living in the city can't wait to get out of here.nDISGUSTING PLACE

Their trucks seem to be at least 25 years old. It’s a noise circus whenever they decide to actually empty the dumpsters... they mysteriously haven’t been by in a week and all the alleys around me smell so bad

Our trash service in St. Louis is third world. Recycling is not a priority but neither is regular trash service. After several hikes in fees, service continues to decline.
