Wish I could give zero stars as well. On my honeymoon sitting in the airport bar because they have 1 plane in the entire airport and it broke down. There way to make it right- a $10 food voucher!! Never mind I'm wasting 800 bucks on my all inclusive resort! What a damn joke! Never again!
Not only did my bags get lost on my connecting flight but my bags were also handled extremely carelessly. I'll never fly with united again. The plain did not have any food or beverage available, baggage claim relocated several times because of a failing ramp and my expensive suitcases were damaged. Paint chips , loose handle and scrapes all along the front. I am happy to be home and off that aircraft. Never again.
Just don’t do it to yourself......You may save $20 but it’s just not worth the mechanical delays.I have taken Frontier a total of 4 times in the past 2 years. 2 of which turned into 7 hour mechanical delays.If you want to leave it up to chance on if you depart on time Frontier is the company to choose.
Charge to check a bag, charge to carry on a bag, charge for everything. Cramped uncomfortable cabin, no in flight drinks or snacks. Have entirely open rows of seats but will not allow passengers to spread out, even in this pandemic, unless they pay an extra fee.nnOnly fly this line if it's your last resort.
Smooth flight. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
