Unprofessional she wasnt even there for my appointment. After I waited an hour I left. She didn't even bother reaching out to me to see if I was interested in rescheduling. I'm a very upstanding person but once you make me feel irrelevant it's bad for business. Communication would have helped the situation so much. I have yet heard from her.
I wouldn’t overall say the shop is horrible but the owner is. I book an appointment with her for my birthday. The appointment was supposed to be at 10am. After a few mins of her not showing I called several times and texted without getting No reply. The lash tech finally came in at 12 something to open the shop and that’s when I ask if she can get in contact with her. She also didn’t get a reply. After leaving the shop it’s going on 1pm Mila then text me and said she was on her way. After 30 mins of her not showing again I left. She finally texted me at 430 and said she was sorry. Which she could’ve just said that from the beginning that she couldn’t make instead of getting me the run around. All my other plans had to get cancelled and I had to rush to find a hairstylist that could fit me in
Mila is very professional and takes pride in her craft!
