iStorage Self Storage

I have to edit my review. Either they fired Reggie or he quit. Shane also left after more than a decade of service. I have been storing things off and on here for over a decade, but as their personnel changed customers were penalized. I've never had a problem paying my bill, but now I find out that they gave me the wrong form for direct deposit which has resulted in $175 in fees. They keep telling me not to pay my bill because they can't process refunds and that my unit wasn't up for auction, but when I went into the store I found out that my bill is $399.90 and has been advertised for auction. $65 lock cutting fee, late fees, etc. I am in the process of moving, but because of their mishandling of my account, I don't even have access to my own things. Alex the store manager can't solve the issue and Tim Regan the district manager won't even return my calls. If you need to store something, go to a reputable place. There's a Uhaul right down the street. If I can get my stuff from this place, I will update this review. If they steal my belongings, I will never store anything here ever again. Run for your life with your valuables. They are not safe here.nBeware BEWARE BEWAREnnFrom 2 years ago: Great customer service. Reggie is awesome! Very professional staff,courteous & clean facility, I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff was well organized, brief and offered multiple options for 10x20. I chose one location only to have Michael provide another more favorable to the loading dock which would be available later in the day. Clean, well lit and suitable, I would use istorage for my storage of more valuable items if the occasion called. For the short term, i storage receives an A rating. It’s up to istorage to keep it, to the end. They are capable in my opinion

They CONSTANTLY CHANGE the time they CLOSE and the time YOU can COME IN and OUT. They kept denying entrance to my nephew who's listed on my paperwork and now it's a new month! They REALLY inconvenienced me and i now have to pay AGAIN to get my things out. Had they allowed my nephew entrance my things would have been out of storage last week! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT A STORAGE FROM THEM! They treated my nephew like a criminal. They're afraid of Black,male faces,ud83dudcaf. NEVER AGAIN. ud83dude24

I hope to never have to visit this place again.The only benefit from this area is the inside cooling. The employees were EXTREMELY RUDE (on multiple occasions) and they were not courteous at all. The only employee that was generous and very professional to me was Reggie (African American male with locks). Otherwise, I would choose someplace else to store my things
