Wonderful facility. The e-rental was awesomely convenient. I was able to book my unit online after-hours on a Sunday for next day availability. I was late moving my stuff in and they called to check in with me. Always same-day, 5 star assistance from the staff. Clearly a well-maintained place. Thanks Public Storage!
Customer Service was great. My car was stolen a few weeks back and of course my storage unit keys were in the car so I came to Public Storage to ask if they could cut the lock off and purchase a new lock. They assisted me and it took no time at all.
I had visited my locker the other day and when I was finished I didn't lock it up correctly. Thanks to Sid's diligence she found it and notified me at once. I shutter to think what might have happened if Sid had not found my mistake. Good job Sid.

Great public storage location! I rented for 8 months and had no problems. My rent only went up $1 through the whole rent period and it was communicated clearly. Staff is excellent as well! I spoke with Rhonda before vacating my unit and she made everything easy for me :)
