Hey everyone, I see some great reviews of this place and I wish that that was the way my experience went here, but sadly no. Went in for a simple job so I thought I’d go local. Made an appointment for the following week but they called and said they didn’t have the part in yet, no big deal. Go in the next day for it and it took all day, at first I was worried but then I remembered all the great reviews that talk about how they treat you like family and clean out your car and so forth. So, my car wasn’t cleaned out or anything but no big deal, they never told me they would but then why did it take so long? Figured it out before I made it home, they messed up. My driver side window had to be pushed up by hand just to get it up and my door lock was broken. So I call and at first I am to blame, then I finally get him to admit that a few things didn’t go as planned and he wants another chance to fix it, for free he says. I thank him for the offer and for finally telling me, even though he never apologized, but declined his offer. He got very upset when I didn’t want him to fix his mistake, which I felt was unprofessional. I tried explaining that after what I have experienced I just no long have faith in his ability to do the job. I appreciate wanting to fix your mistakes but sometimes you don’t get a second chance you just lose a customer. I ended up going to Watertown and was not disappointed, very nice and very professional. They told me there was a bunch of broken glass slowing my window from going up, even showed me and that they tripped a tab basically turning off my door lock. Probably a one time thing but it did happen.

We had a 9 am appointment there at 830 am they got us in right away replaced mirror while we waited. Price was what he estimated for us. Also fixed the door handle at no extra charge. The service was great!! Will recomend to everyone !
