Great place to keep my personal items. It is fenced, lighted at night and has security cameras for safety.
Used them for a portion of Jan, all of Feb and had my items out by 10 Mar. Called to let them know I was out. Person immediately stated since I didn't provide a written 10 day notice that I wouldn't get my $20 deposit back. They then reiterated several times that it is written into the contract this way. Even though I had paid for the entire month of March. Terrible customer service on their part. We were moving and didn't have our contract to RE-READ. Stated that because I had VERBALLY told them that I now could not give them a written notice even thought I had more than 20 days left in the month in which I had paid. This treatment of a customer is just plain ignorant. It almost like they know people will do this and it gets them $20 extra. Oh and NOW they can try and get a partial month since I had verbally told them I vacated.nnDissatisfied, poor service, small facility, look elsewhere!!
