The only storage facility I will ever use!
Storage unit smelt like rotting flesh!! Do not rent from this storage facility If you value your belongings. I rented a unit from this facility early on a Saturday and when I showed up to move in that evening I rolled the door up to find several dead baby birds full of maggots. When I walked into the unit I almost gagged on the putrid smell and had to quickly exit. I closed the door and contacted the office on Monday to make arrangements to get another unit or a refund. I was told I would have to wait for them to contact their main office to find out if a refund was possible and I wasn’t given the option of another unit!!! They obviously don’t care about customer service or the state of their storage units. I feel sorry for those who have belongings in the units on either side of the unit I was given. There is no doubt that smell has permeated their belongings.
