From the security guards to the people in the warehouse everybody was very nice get loaded unloaded decent time just wish they had a TV you can watch at the waiting room for the drivers but thanks
Ridiculously sit for hours to unload while the workers take their time and walk around socializing. With COVID-19 we should not be sitting in the areas together packed like sardines ... do better company do better!
My appointment 11am right now 2 pm still am not started loaded, too much lazy
Absolutely horrible customer service. The guard gives you the door number but doesn’t tell you that you still need to check in at the office. Choice of either disconnect or wait in lounge with 10 other drivers. Outside waiting not an option. During covid pandemic. A bunch of idiots.
Do not arrive too early before your appointment time, they will not take you. You are not allowed to be in your truck while making a delivery or pickup, you have to wait in room with the other drivers and during Covid; thats a lil crazy. I think they took about an hour to offload me which isn't too horrible.
