Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager yelled at me for opening the dipping dots freezer thinking they were for sale.” Those are not for you do not touch them” Really, why are they in the lobby if not for sale? The way we were treated I would never spend my money there again!!!!!!! Now come on be honest, you asked me to put a mask on, I did. I told you I had forgot my phone at home. It does not say you cant come in it says call when you arrive, I had no way to call. Multiple people did not ask me to leave, that is a lie! You if you truly are the owner will lose business if you continue this way. I was just trying to purchase food. As far as touching things I thought I was going to buy dippin dots, only thing I touched. Don't worry I would never consider wasting my time with that establishment, and by the way another local CW said they have gotten multiple complaints about this location!! Have a great day!!!!!

Quick delivery, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Food is excellent. I can’t find many restaurants that make the Garlic Pepper Cavatelli anymore and theirs is fantastic.

Even under the new management, they still don’t know what extra cheese means. Stick to the O’fallon location.nnEDIT: went back recently and had a good experience, and yes the cheese level was good.

I placed an order online tonight and it’s been well over two hours and we haven’t received our food. I tried to call the restaurant and the phones are off.nI understand completely that it’s Friday night, but this is a little crazy. I have an order confirmation with the correct location and everything. I now have to dispute the charge and order something else.

Need to specify how many wings come in a pound on the website. Order 2 things of wings which is 2 pounds according to the website. Got our order and literally got 1 pound of wings and they go to tell me 1 pound of wings is 6 wings which it is not, I work at a restaurant and it is not. If you say 1 pound you should specify how many wings come in 1 pound. Feel like I got cheated especially for the price.
