My son is a long term student here. This is the real deal. You earn a belt here, not buy one. It’s real life self defense that blows others away in comparison. Highly recommend
I love working out here! It's welcoming, convenient and my trainer is the absolute best! He makes our workouts fun, engaging and productive.
Overall, great place to workout. It's always very clean and the staff there are friendly. Being open 24/7 is also very nice too. $10 a month for a basic membership is a great deal.
This facility is always friendly and clean. Sharon is amazing and always greets my family by name. The equipment is kept up and the front desk is always informative and considerate!
This place has taught our son to understand right and wrong and understanding of consequences for his actions! The skills he has learned here can be used in every day practice . We have seen how far he has progressed with his behavioral issues!! We can’t thank Master Rhoads enough!!!
