its a great place to learn
I have known Dave Blevins and his family for over 15 years. I can some up his training in a little poem I read. You push me out of my comfort zone. You train me til I moan. Thanks for pushing me beyond my limits. For training me I give you full credit.
I moved to the St. Louis area a little more than 2 years ago. After trying out a few places, I happened to pass by Blue Wave Martial Arts and Fitness place. After speaking with Tammy, I began thinking, this could be fun. I need this place. :-) I have been going to various fitness classes for 5 months. I still love it! Now the workouts may get tough some, but that's why we go. Huge thumbs up to all the instructors and staff, this place is awesome!!ufeff
Blue Wave is the Best fitness experience I've had. The classes are tough and engaging and always different. The instructors are very knowledgeable, profession and truly concerned about your well-being. If you want to be in the best shape of your life, I highly recommend going in to try a class. I have been at blue wave for over 2 years now and have lost 50 pounds since starting there and and 4 sizes. has been the best decision of my life.
Granddaughter has been with Master Blevins for over 10 years!! Love them.
