Vernon and the entire team at Natural Impact are the BEST out there! They are talented, skilled, professional and understanding. They know what it takes to progress skills and train their team to be the best they can be. We love it there! I have worked with Vernon and Natural Impact for a number of years with my daughter as well as my rec cheer squad and they have always helped with anything we needed. They are all super fun and have the best attitudes. Its obvious they LOVE what they do and are so good at it! Thanks Natural Impact!!

The most caring staff I've ever witnessed at a gym. The members are uplifting and the facility offers lots of variance in training from kickboxing, yoga, and strength training. Love the fun atmosphere and feeling that I belong there. Kickboxing is the best stress reliever - I highly recommend you try this gym out if you want an excellent and fun workout!

My grandson loved this place! The professionalism of the coach is outstanding! His unique sense of style and humor can get along with the young and young at heart! Now if I can just work up enough drive to get me there he could turn me into the best self I can be! I need you Coach V in my life! LOL

Natural Impact is hugely known for giving young ladies confidence through youth competitive cheer/dance! Coach V also is a trainer that can help you meet your fitness goals. His better half, Natalie of, Natalie's Cutz and Stlyez, will have you show room ready after a fresh hair cut for the fellaz and of course hair styles for the ladies!nnCoach V is a massage therapist as well and yesterday I took advantage! Not only was he professional and attentive, I told him during the massage that his hands were like bear claws because they were putting in some serious work on the knots in back!! I definitely walked out of there with better posture. I highly recommend Nature Impact for all the services they provide but when it come to the massage, DONT CHEAT YOURSELF, TREAT YOURSELF!!! Thank me later!!!
