Order ahead is rarely available and no one has time to wait a half hour. The actual drinks are always great but this location needs to work on their service.

I am a regular at Starbucks. I visit the Wentzville store at least once a day if not more. My go to drink is a Venti Iced Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold brew with Pumpkin Cold foam extra foam. There is one lady in there that argues with me every time I go there and she’s working. She always rings me up with a pumpkin cold brew. I told her that’s not what I ordered I wanted the vanilla sweet cream. ud83dude21 she proceeded to not listen to what I ordered and argued with me once I got to the window stating both drinks are made exactly the same. I have pictures that prove otherwise. She is the only one that gives me trouble about my drink. The pumpkin cold brew drink is way more better than the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. How hard is it to make what the customer orders. Very disappointed in the way this staff members treats customers.

My coffee was good. However I have never felt so judged for my coffee order. Poor customer service will kill a business faster than poor product

I have lived in the road for 2-3 years. I travel regularly & always stop for Starbucks when I can. I now live in Wright City.. don’t waste your time here & if you do..expect to wait 20-30 mins in line. Not only is the service slow, but the location is really in a bad area. I can’t believe anyone would wait in line for the slow service they provide.

Never had any issues with the store, staff is awesome, drinks are great. I guess I have more of an issue with their hours. According to Google open until 8:30 PM. This is incorrect so beware. On the SB app they are open until 5:30 pm Friday through Monday. 8:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday. Not sure why this is??? Maybe the pandemic? But open later on the weekdays and not the weekend? Very interesting. But posting so others will know the hours.
