Area is nice and feels secure. Customer service is pretty good, but my rate increases even after I was told it wouldn’t. It’s also impossible to speak to the manager if you you ask, they say he’s not available. Customer service is extremely important so in my honest opinion, I’d say look for a place where they actually want you there, don’t increase your rate all the time, and support their customers who pay on time ever month and never have any problems.
We have been renting storage here for 7 years. We love it. It's clean,the security is great. The people who work here are nice,friendly and helpful. Our unit is kept cool year round and the price for our unit and size is very reasonable! We have recommended Easyway to our friends and family!!
Clean and accessible. Well lit at night. Safe and secure, with lowest prices on large units. I even store my boat there and sleep at night because it is the safest storage in town. Far enough away from trouble, but close to everything in town.
We have had a storage unit at Eastway for more than six years. The service is top-notch. I’ve never had a moment’s worry about the safety and security of our stuff. I highly recommend Eastway Storage.
