McDonald's

When I first moved in with my partner I thought it was silly that he insisted on driving to the McDonald's on battlefield when this one is so much more convenient. But after almost every order I've received has had missing items or has been completely wrong all together, I've grudgingly conceded to his wisdom. This isn't a newly occurring issue. I'm not proud to admit I pick up McDonald's at least once a week for dinner as a working mom, so this has been ongoing. Almost every visit I have to go in to get the rest of my order, or I just go without so long as there's enough for my kids when I'm too tired to deal with it. Not once have I received a sincere apology or any offer of compensation either. I know losing one family as a customer won't hurt their bottom line, but at least if I start giving the one on battlefield my business I might be helping my own by actually getting what I pay for. I'll end with my experience tonight...they left out FOUR big mac's from my order. When she handed me one bag I asked how they'd fit everything into one, and all I got was a closed window as a response. I pulled into a space to check my bag, saw what was missing and took everything inside to get the rest of my order. No apology, he just told me he had told her I had more, handed me the bag and I left filled with frustration. I will say, the man who generally takes the orders at the drive through window has excellent customer service skills and my receipt is always correct when he's the one that rings my order in. It's too bad he's not the one in charge as I'm sure I'd have a much different review.

The employees often forget to put in bbq sauce or they mess up the order and completely forget something. One time we went here and ordered 20 nuggets and ended up with 70 nuggets 4 cheeseburgers and a bag full of sauces. That was an awesome experience.

Great job at doing your job poorly! Ordered cheeseburgers with only ketchup and they came with everything even tho they clearly put the special order (ketchup only) tag on the wrapper. I mean really why is it so difficult for people to do simple tasks?

The employee working the drive thru at night's, john, was not only stoic and rude, but also served us food that was HOURS old. Upon returning john promptly made us wait almost 20 minutes while they REHEATED THE HOURS OLD FOOD in the microwave for the burgers and fryers for the fries and nuggets. This was blatantly obvious when we got home and again took a bite of that absolutely horrid food. We will be avoiding this location and probably McDonalds in general in the future. Thanks john!

Don't come here unless you want to be served HOURS OLD food. I came to the Drive Thru at this location on 03/21/21 at approximately 3:00am. I took my food back and requested it be remade because of how VILE everything tasted, blatantly old and had been sitting in a heater for a very long time. Instead of the employees simply making fresh food for me, they threw the nuggets and fries back into the fryer and tried to pass it off as freshly made. Absolutely disgusting and completely unsanitary. I couldn't eat a single item from my order. It doesn't help that one of the employees was not wearing gloves either. I am extremely disappointed with McDonald's, I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again.
