Always clean, prices are higher than other stores but if you use the app you can save a lot. Good produce and meat. And I love their floral department- their flowers seem to last so much longer than ones we buy from florist

I am a public school teacher. I teach 6 cooking demonstrations virtually each week in addition to shopping for myself. When things were normal the store by my school new my name since I am in there that often. I don’t expect that everywhere I go. But I do expect Someone to be courteous in customer service. The cashier I had did not know how to do a tax exempt transaction. When he asked the lady at register 7 for help, she was rude and disrespectful, interrogating me about my purchase. “What is she getting? What type of race exempt is it?” I had only cooking related items and my card out. I wasn’t asking for something for free nor was it something inappropriate. So, I’m not sure when employees were given the right to speak to guests like that. But customer service clearly is not for here.
Clean, well stocked and friendly staff. One of few places that make their own homemade tortilla chips. Good price on meat, especially when they have their sales and the bakery always has something to tempt you.
