I was pretty shocked with the attitude I received on the phone today.. we chose this place bc of the kind people we spoke with when looking For a place in between moves. I have never been late or anything on a payment and do to the holiday and move we were a few days late. The woman acted as if it was disgusting to her that I would ask for a 1st time offense to be removed. So far the other people have been very kind and helpful but being in a customer service industry myself this would not be tolerated in my office. I hope this was a fluke.
Have had a rental unit here for quite a while. Staff is there when you need them, and the place is safe, secure and very clean. They are doing it the right way.

WORST STORAGE PLACE ON THE EAST COAST. THIEVES, LIARS AND COMPLETELY CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS. WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN EVEN ONE STAR - BUT IT'S REQUIRED. RUUUUN! ANYWHERE BUT HERE. THEY OWE US ALOT OF MONEY.
