My experience change. Akena a wonderful young lady did all she could do to handle the issue I experienced with Public storage. I will continue to rent from them. I appreciate the time she made for me. I am happy how quickly she handle the situation. This young lady she have skilled and extremely excellent customer services skills.
Layla was at the front desk. She helped me with descriptions and directions to the storage unit, which I eventually rented. Her help with getting registered and making reservation is well appreciated. Facility is clean and well-protected.
