Ken-Do's RV Service & Repair

Called Ken Did RV service as I saw one of their trucks driving through the campground we were staying at. When called, they took 2 days to get to us, which was fine, Ken was very nice and thorough for investigating what issues we had with our camper. He went above and beyond for us and getting our issues fixed. He even taught me a lot as we are new to RVing. Contemplating on driving the 2.5 hours to have him do work on our RV. Glad we found them! Fixed out toilet leak, clogged, cleaned out our tanks and had to replace a toilet and it was a lot cheaper then I was anticipating! Great work and thank you!!!nJodi and Wayne Raisor

Ken is a professional and trustworthy repairman. He’s extremely knowledgeable about RVs and really enjoys helping others. He helped us to fix a leak in the bathroom and at the same time gave us other tips on maintaining the motorhome.

I have been using Ken-Do's RV Repair for about 4 years. I have always been satisfied with their service. This weekend they went over the top! I had a massive, two tire blow out while pulling our RV. The weather was horrible with rain and wet roads. I had to limp the camper into a gas station to get it off the road. When I saw the damage the flat and rubber did the the camper, I knew there was no way I could repair it and get back on the road. I called Ken-Do's. He and one other helper dropped what they were doing and came to the rescue. Ken and his team were able to take the salvageable tire in to town and have a tube installed and clean up the damage to the brakes and insulation to install the spare. We were able to get back on the road to drop the camper off at his shop for major repairs to insulation and camper body. We spent 4 hours in the gas station parking lot dealing with this problem. Ken and his team were a tremendous help. I can't thank them enough for helping me out in a bad situation.

This was our second time ever using our travel trailer and the first time of the season. When we left from Richmond we knew the electric water heater was not working but we were in a hurry to get to the campsite. We asked the staff at the campground who could help us and they recomended Ken. We called him about noon, got his office staff member (who was very nice and professional), told her the situation, told her we were leaving the next morning and she said she would have him contact us and help solve the issue. We waited several hours and decided to go to dinner. While we were at dinner we got a call from Ken saying that he was at the site and had fixed the problem (burnt out heating element). He diagnosed the issue, performed the repair and contacted us professionally all in the same day. We got the bill the next day and it was way under what we thought it was going to be. This location is about 3 hours from us and we may begin coming to this campsite and hanging out just to have Ken Do's work on our trailer. We read most of the comments on this site. We are small business owners as well and the fact is sometimes small businesses get overwhelmed and things fall through the cracks. Our experience is that we had a situation that needed attention and he worked well into the evening to help us. He also has his family as an integral part of the company and everyone we spoke with were dedicated to the company and their customers (by the way, we have never met them nor are we family). I am confident that if we actually scheduled any kind of work and showed up when we said that we would continue to remain loyal customers. I am also confident that if we had an emergency situation Ken Do's would do whatever they could to support us.
