Best customer service ever!!! I accidentally left my purse in U-haul , they had someone come to office and open the truck for me...on a Saturday night!!! Forever grateful!

They were grate and very professional, vehicle was repair in a timely manner. They also call and notify me of the problem and cost.

The drivers are always nice and helpful. The mechanic in the shop is very knowledgeable and always a sweetheart

Crooks. They are not 24 hours. They make it a habit to call the individuals that are at their facility to make payment for services rendered offensive names. I find this reprehensible and predatory in nature. They over charge and require you to leave the vehicle on their lot in order to obtain additional fees. They fail to appear at their designated business hours to further cause inconvenience and distress. My advice is they should be avoided and double check your bill.
