Love the park. Next to library and community center. Great fenced playground. Every kind of field or court. Great paths to walk dogs. Tons of activities though the HoCo rec and parks. Picnic areas. Lots of parking and CLEAN portapotties

Looks like the previous reviews are confusing Carrs Mill Park with Western Regional Park. Carrs Mill Park is an old landfill and there is no public access (gate is always closed) I parked and called the number on the Howard County Recreation and Parks sign and they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Glad the area is being left to Nature, but this is not really a park to visit!
