I had a neck injury through a car accident in September 2020. The other driver's insurance acknowledged its client's fault and paid in full for my car repairs. But the insurance company refused to pay for my physical injury. I found this law firm from a website and tried because of its 5 star rating and Mr. Caplan took the case. He promptly answered all my questions and helped me to be paid for all my medical bills and more extra money than my family expected. I'd like to recommend this law firm to others and will get to their help in the future.

There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to Alyssa and the David Ruben Law Firm. From the very beginning, with my free consultation, I felt that my voice was heard and my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Alyssa was always very honest and up front with me on the issues that were in dispute. One of her biggest assets was telling me, at times, to wait and be patient, and in turn, she was right. Alyssa understood how important it was to me to try to have an amicable divorce because my children were involved. Alyssa always took my children into consideration with each conversation we had and each step in the divorce process. She was knowledgeable, personable, smart and proactive and because of this the outcome far exceeded my expectations. I truly can't thank her and the entire team enough! The Clarksville office is beautiful. I’ve been working with Alyssa having support from David Ruben at Ruben Law Firm for 2.5 years related to a family law case. I made the switch to Ruben from another law firm who represented me in a disputed custody and child support case. My first experience was expensive, and I didn’t feel heard in the process. As a result my court fees were over $26k. In contrast, I feel the lawyers at Ruben Law Firm listen and have provided realistic advice about the anticipated outcome. They also represent with ethics which is something that’s important to me. I’ve been impressed with the responsiveness and guidance. I’ve been pleased with their representation through 2 order modifications that were resolved even though the opposing counsel’s form is notoriously difficult. Ruben law is wonderful, and I’m beyond pleased!

I came to David's office with a custody case that has been ongoing for years. David listened to my concerns and told me directly what was possible, not just what I wanted to hear. He also explained the steps forward clearly so I felt like I was actually part of the process. My experience in the court system had not been fantastic previously, but Davis has turned that around completely. If you want someone to represent you to the fullest, David is the attorney you should select. David also avails himself at nearly any hour of the day as well. I have received emails in response to questions I’ve had over the weekend. I have also called in the evening and been able to reach him. David is also extremely fair on the fees he charges. The other attorneys, paralegals, and staff David has are amazing as well and are always friendly and return phone calls promptly, among a myriad of other things they have going on during the day. If you are on the fence about who you want to represent you, don’t be, choose David. You will be very happy that you did!

David represented me for an absolute divorce. He is the reason that things worked out so well. In all proceedings he was thoughtful and strategic with every word, pause and interjection. This was especially important during the final hearing. There were so many critical issues on the line. I was amazed at how well it played out and it wasn’t luck, either. David was thorough and positioned every important detail perfectly.nnI’m forever grateful - David remained committed and worked with me during some of the most painful times of my life.
