I just finalized a year-long custody battle with my son’s father and I absolutely could not have done it without Ethan Dellinger. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but after everything he did for me, it’s the least I can do. I feel that I truly lucked out, finding him, as he came highly recommended by a friend. His rate was reasonable especially for a single mom like myself, and he is very considerate about billable hours. He encouraged me throughout the whole process to not back down on certain terms, how to deal with my challenging ex, and ultimately worked out a favorable outcome for both parties. Throughout the whole process, he was always easy to get a hold of, quickly responsive to emails, and very respectful of my time. The same goes for his paralegal Jamie who did an outstanding job as well. Anyone would be lucky to have Ethan fighting by their side! Thanks again Ethan and Jamie!

Amos came highly recommended from one of his colleagues. I have a very unique multi-faceted case which is quite complex.nThis case is swiftly moving along. I have to say that Amos came in prepared and took charge. I'm impressed with his investigative work. He has a wealth of knowledge and gave clear direction. I like his no BS, straight shooter kind of approach. I really appreciate his honesty and guidance.

Amos Whitney is an outstanding specialist in separation and divorce services. I had a difficult situation that he guided me through in a professional and expedient manner. I was surprised by my wife’s decision to file for a divorce and the aggressive nature of the filing by her lawyer. I was totally unprepared. Amos counselled me to be calm, not escalate the situation and keep my emotions out of it. He explained the situation very clearly and offered several options on how to proceed. I wanted to avoid a tangle and keep the cost to a minimum. He explained how we could do that. He negotiated a de-escalation period and then got to work reviewing the proposed agreement with me. He quickly reviewed and drafted proposed revisions of the terms in my wife's proposal and had multiple discussions with my wife's lawyer. Shortly after that with both lawyers' consent, my wife pulled the complaint and agreed to work on our issues outside of court. We are now in marriage counselling and making progress working out our issues. I am confident that had we proceeded, Amos would have negotiated a very fair settlement. I highly recommend Amos.

I recently experienced a break up from a girlfriend with whom I had a child with and we both co-owned a house. Given the unique circumstances, I was in desperate need of advice and guidance from a knowledgeable source. A friend referred me to Amos, who quickly set up a consultation, took time to learn all the details about my situation, and provided a clear direction on how to proceed. Amos's knowledge, as well as his constant reassurance, helped tremendously in easing the stress, anxiety, and confusion during a time of personal crisis. Despite my ex-wife's abusive behavior, it took way too long to step in to stop her from hitting our children. I finally came to that last straw when my son was left with a cut on his face after his mother hit him. I came to Gauri Bayoumi angry and frustrated and worried about both the cost of the undertaking and whether the court would even grant me sole custody. Gauri understood where I was coming from and empathized and then she set to work. Her advice was sound and any time she could save me money, she did. Let me tell you, in the time of a pandemic when you're unemployed, this is an unbelievable gift. At some point in this very difficult process, I thought I should get a second opinion just to ensure that I wasn't giving up any advantage that might help me protect my children and get sole custody. I reached out to Margret Oliver (a very highly regarded lawyer in the state of Maryland) and not only did she confirm Gauri's advice but gave her high praise for her knowledge and strategy given my circumstances. This process was not easy, but I am so thankful that I had Gauri to hold my hand, walk me through it, and help me keep my three little boys safe. In the end, I got sole custody through a settlement with my ex-wife and my boys have been thriving ever since. From me and my family, thank you Gauri!
