I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. My needs were put first and I was treated as a friend. My opinions were valued and Lisa had my family's best interest at heart. I was completely comfortable and confident with the whole process. My nerves were calmed when needed and the process was always explained. Lisa failed to notify me of a dispute she accepted on my behalf regarding my pending divorce. When I failed to show up for court, she called and apologized profusely. As a result, my settlement conference scheduled for later that day was negatively impacted.nnWhen she represented me for a separate family matter, she sent lawyers I had never met in her place with little notice.
