Found Oleg to be very caring and genuinely involved with the case. When I first spoke with him he did a free consultation and instantly I knew this was the lawyer. He was compassionate and understanding and thoroughly explained everything happening and what was to come. He understands not having all the money up front and willingly works on developing a payment plan. He was willing to argue the case and got the best solution possible.

I retained Oleg Fastovsky as my attorney after my previous attorney passed away. Mr. Fastovsky was quick to help get everything in order and enter himself in as my attorney. Mr. Fastovsky was quick, professional, and very responsive to any questions I've had. Mr. Fastovsky has been dealing with this case a little over 2 years. I had talked to a few lawyers about my case before contacting Oleg Fastovsky and no one explained my case and options the way that he did. He was straightforward and to the point. HE IS FANTASTIC!!!!!! I looked him up due to my own mistake of not waiting a bit longer before driving. Since the first phone call he was extremely helpful in providing me information on what to do to get a favorable sentencing. Whenever I needed him he was available via e-mail, call, or text. He walked me through the situation dealing with the courts and with the MVA hearing. I was nervous the whole time but he truly was helpful to ease the nervous feeling. In the end, all I had to do was pay a small fine. Hopefully if you're reading this, you give him a call. I'm certain he can help you the way he helped me.

Oleg Fastovsky is truly amazing. I was charged with 4 separate (serious) charges and didn't have much hope of receiving a favorable judgement. However, Oleg worked his miracle and he was able to get 3 of my 4 charges dismissed; I was not convicted of my 4th charge. I was charged in January but my court date was pushed back to August due to the pandemic. However, Oleg kept in contact throughout the 7 months and remembered every single detail.nnOleg is definitely someone you want in your corner when you're going through the justice system; he is extremely professional and knowledgeable, but still knows how to empathize and treat you like a human being. He also thoroughly answered every single question I had while remaining patient. I'm extremely fortunate and blessed that I reached out to Oleg to defend me in court....do yourself (or a family member, friend, loved one, etc.) a favor and give him a call!
