An ok store, but not what it used to be
Glad Columbia Macy's is not on the list of store closings. I love being able to go in and out to get my cosmetic & perfume instantly. Salespeople in this area have always been professional, helpful in letting you know about special deals.
Great selection of just about everything you need. They have a huge assortment of Levi’s jeans which are priced great. Also the men’s suits are great - and the employees in that section will have you Looking sharp!
Got chased out of furniture section for sitting on the furniture. COVID was the excuse. I would understand if the rule was enforced with everyone, but there were a dozen other people there also sitting on the furniture. None of them were asked to leave. Profiling? Guess I will buy elsewhere.
Pay attention especially when buying kitchen ware from Macy's. I purchased a blender I didn't realize was used, and broken. Macy's let me return it with no hassle though so it was fine. All other experiences at Macy's have been smooth.
