Best place for used cars. Jamil was my sales man Got the best service, was very detailed for first time car owner. Was quick. Reasonable prices. I really recommend this place for anyone looking for a good used vehicle. You won’t regret it.

Great customer service! No hassle exchange... I first bought a Maserati and soon realized this was a financial mistake. I was able to exchange the car for a 2018 Nissan Maxima. They provided all necessary documents on the history of the car. No accident reports and under 50,000 miles. Love my new car!!! Has all the features I wanted. So happy to have made the switch!!

April has been super amazing. *****nwhen i went to National Motors, i met April who took me for a couple test drive. She has been very patient with me and got acquainted with her easily. Not only that she shows professionalism throughout, she’s also focused on what I really wanted in a purchase. She showed empathy, addressed my inquiries and concerns to the managers and returned with solutions eagerly and happily.nIt was a team work and great collaboration with the manager Gino and the owner to complete the purchase the same day. I was happy of the results from acquiring a very satisfactory financing terms. The owner and floor manager Gino, has been very fantastic in working with me to complete the process. i highly recommend National Motors if anybody intends to purchase a vehicle.nOverall, i had a wonderful buying experience at National Motors located in Ellicot City.

Their customer service was horrible and very unprofessional! It first started when we told other employees we had an appointment. They didn’t even offer to get the other sales person, even though they were just standing around twiddling their thumbs. When we went inside, the sales person we were supposed to see was busy with another customer, so we were passed off to someone else. Everything went smoothly until we noticed the car had not been inspected and the mileage on the online listing was 2,000 miles UNDER the odometer! After we told them about the issues, they said they would fix it and give us a call. We scheduled another test drive on Saturday. That morning, we were informed that our sales rep was not there, even though she set up the meeting for that day, the car had been sold, and the guy on the phone didn’t offer any other options. He simply hung up. I would not recommend anyone buy a car from this place unless you’re desperate. But even then, their listings are inaccurate and you’ll probably pay an arm and a leg for a piece of junk that needs repairs and an inspection. Good luck to whoever deals with their incompetence!

I've came here several times over the years to purchase cars. Their used car selection is very diverse and features amazing prices. The staff is also extremely helpful and honest which is a big reason why I keep coming back. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for used cars at amazing prices.
