I am beyond frustrated with this IAD location. My salesman was very nice and made the buying process as simple as he could. The only problem with that is that management is so incompetent that they make it difficult every turn of the way. When it came down to signing our paperwork, the guy at the front desk made the same mistake five times in a row, getting our address wrong, because he simply did not listen. Then, I went to pick up my tags and the same guy told me that they weren’t there but that he could have them sent there. So, I said okay. A couple weeks later I call back and a woman answers and says “I don’t know nothing about no tags.” Very unprofessional. I then called the Landover location and eventually found my tags. The cashier there was very friendly and helpful. So, moral of the story, if buying from IAD, go to the Landover location. The car that I got is nice so far. No issues. It’s purely just management that I have issues with.

I had a good car buying experience at IAD auto. My sales person Paul was very kind and patient. Ron, the finance manager was very knowledgeable and was very honest about handling my financial situation with care. I appreciate Ron obtaining the lowest interest rate possible.
