Fantastic experience with EchoPark in Laurel. Originally set appointment for 11am and had to reschedule twice for later in the day and the team at EchoPark were more than accommodating.nnFinally arrived and the location was very different than a traditional car dealer, felt like a WeWork location with the video games and open floor plan. We checked in and were assigned Greg as our salesperson and he was phenomenal. Knew the exact car we came in looking for and was helpful throughout. We walked out with a new car and great buying experience. Highly recommend!
Ok. These guys are really good. The place is very busy. They are going for no friction experience. “Here is the car - go look at it for as long as you want. Let me know if you need me” kind of thing. I appreciated it. No sleazy big regular dealer salesmen here. Everybody is cool. But. Enough of fluff. You are buying a car. Its money and cars. They gave me $3K more for my trade in then the big lexus dealer. And their price was at least $4k lower too. Clean title no accidents. 24k miles. In n out the door within about an hour. And that’s with test drive. Greg was super cool.
I went there to look at a 2018 GMC terrain. Excellent price for the vehicle however........As I looked around the vehicle it was a crack in the front window a very deep crack. I asked the manager about replacing the window for a new window and he wouldn't do it. So he lost a sale
Had a great experience buying at EchoPark Laurel. The salesman, Marcello Molino was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.
William was fantastic and made my first time buying a car easy. He was very patient with me, and answered all of my questions making sure I understood the entire process and every form that I was signing. I really appreciate how thorough and kind he was. Carbiz also was helpful regarding my prepurchase inspection with an outside mechanic. I noted something that needed to be fixed in my vehicle conditional to purchase, and they ordered the parts and fixed it within three weeks after I purchased the car. William and the finance team also called me back after they found a loan with a better rate for me which I appreciated. Overall, very professional dealership and I love my new car. The only thing to be improved on was that the service department and the sales department do not always communicate, which means that the buyer really needs to advocate for their needs.
