I purchased my car from this dealership and my interactions with the staff, during the car buying experience and even afterwards with routine maintenance and service, have been exemplary. They go out their way to make sure their retain their customers. I know my vehicle is in good hands whenever I bring it in. Exceptional experience. We talked to them over the phone to discuss pricing on a new car. We settled on a final price and came in to do the paperwork. There were no surprises, no pushy add on, no games. A truly professional company to work with and we will go with them again when we need to replace our other car.
The service was great and the staff very friendly. I rated 4 instead of 5 because there were complications with one of my repairs. They didn't call me to let me know about the delay. I had to call them after the repairs were not completed after double the amount of time the repair should have taken. I had to leave the car overnight when I did not anticipate having to do that. Otherwise, everyone had on masks, plenty of hand sanitizer was available, so it was safe health wise. The staff was very attentive, kind and quick!
