My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at Hi Lo Auto Sales. The customer service was great. The owner Bo helped us with appraising the vehicle we wanted to sell and made us a great offer. The offer we received was more than the Kelly Blue Book Offer and any other offer we received previously. The process was easy and we received information that will have us servicing our other vehicles there going forward. My husband and I were both pleased and truly recommend Hi Lo Auto Sales.

This was my second very positive experience with Hi Lo. The first was a purchase at the Frederick location, for which I left a review. It was because of that experience that I wanted to give the new Ellicott City location a try when I was ready to sell an old third car we had no use for any longer. Walking in felt nice and comfortable. You always brace yourself when first initiating contact with someone selling cars. But immediately Robert put me at ease. He took his time looking at our junker and treated us the same way as if we were selling him something that could actually be beneficial to the business. We told him up front we were only interested in selling and he never brought up purchasing a car. We knew what we could expect and he gave us a fair quote. The paperwork process was quick and easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.nnI had the pleasure of interacting with two other employees who were also very friendly. I got an overall great feeling from this place. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking to buy or sell a car.

This was a smooth and easy transaction! I have bought plenty cars from other dealerships over my years, but this dealer did not pressure me at all! Jason is an awesome sales representative he Listen to me and help guide me through the whole process.nI didn’t online application on a Saturday and once I got to the dealership on Monday I was in and out within two hours with a clean car! The cars that they Carrie and their inventory are clean and look to be pretty decent I would definitely buy another vehicle from the dealership.

The most fun I’ve had buying a car. Jason was so great he listened and understood what I was looking for. When it was time to get me approved Tim took care of everything and even got me a lower car payment. Sherwin made sure I understood my contract before I signed anything and let me know exactly what I was in for. These guys are very polite and professional and I highly recommend
