I had a fantastic experience with Ernest and CarMax this Sunday. He was incredibly helpful, didn't pressure us at all, explained everything, and was just all around helpful and kind. We love our mew Rav4 and would recommend CarMax to anyone looking for a used car at a fair price.

Excellent sales staff, however pray nothing goes wrong with your vehicle. The third vehicle we purchased from this location has had multiple problems. This isn't Carmax's fault, but having to wait two weeks for service appointments is. They close at 6pm and have no weekend hours for service. Even major problems, like an oil leak, required a two week wait. We brought our vehicle in the night before our 9am appointment. We heard nothing all day. Finally called at 4pm and was told the warranty company still hadn't called them back. At 5:35pm we were notified that they had to bring the vehicle to a Subaru dealer and gave us info to get an Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a loaner.... Unfortunately they close at 6pm...so now we are without a vehicle. Our next car will not be from CarMax with this kind of service.nn8/21/20 - Trying to spend 40k on a car and can't get anyone to call me back or pick up the phone. You can't leave a message either...just dumps you to the main voicemail menu. I had someone call me about the car I wanted on Thursday. They were supposed to call back that day to get payment for the transfer...no one called back. Nothing on Friday...tried calling all day...no answer.

Seemed fine. Quiet Saturday, easy place to find, lots of parking. Staff was courteous, place was clean, and they evaluated our car quickly, then offered a great price. Can't complain a bit. Thanks!

Hassle free buying experience. From start to finish very easy no pressure experience. We sold a car and bought one and would not hesitate to did it again.nnVery happy customers.
