This Starbucks in a great location only 2 minutes away from my work. Unfortunately, the service is terrible and it is more time effective for me to drive 5 miles down the road. Waited in line for 15 minutes today. Stared at my drink being done on the counter for 5 of those minutes while she fumbled over ringing up everyone in front of me. That will be my last visit to this location.
It was dirty in the bathroom, where the napkins are & both inside & outside tables. Coffee & scone were delicious, but my friend had poor counter service, because drive-through was busy. Only 3 of us in the store.
Good service. As fast as they can. Theres alot of people that use the drive thru.
Nice service but can get busy and sometimes they take a little longer than usual but everything is ok
Hello Starlessbucks I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied on what happened today.I ordered a three drinks,a mango dragon fruit refresher x2 ice,x2 blended with peach juice.They got my order completely wrong making my drink loose the flavor.nThe second drink was a pink drink,I had more ice in that drink then the original drink.The final drink was Carmel macchiato with extra whip extra drizzle,it doesn’t have any whip and was just overall horrible.I really hope that this does not happen to you too.
