upset they changed their hours. The hours have moved to 5:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.nNormally this would be a great place for my son and I to grab a snack or iced coffee before the park I'm really bummed about the hours moving. the coffee is always great And staff is friendly I really hope they do something that better suits the community I constantly see cars pulling in and having to turn around because they're closed.

Moved over by this Starbucks on Lynx 3 months ago. Excited to have one nearby. It is not the SB I’ve been to. Mobile pickup orders are less than efficient. I had my pastry 10 minutes before I got my drink which I had to ask for without an apology. No one checks to see if a customer waiting is one of the drinks sitting there. 9 times out of 9 it’s cold and not extra hot. I have yet to be able to drink my order before going home to heat it up. I am a VERY frequent SB customer. I will drive all the way over to the one on Deepage just to get a great experience and customer service. Sad...

People in the store are nice. They are easy to deal with when they make mistakes. It is a pretty standard Starbucks. Not bad space wise inside and people are giving distance while waiting.nnSometimes parking and the car line suck and you have to park at the cvs across from it.

I ordered a decaf brown sugar with oat milk drink because I have an almond allergy and avoid all almond products. I was assured it was decaf once handed the drink and left without any other concern. Having consumed half of the drink, I happened to look at order codes on the label and discovered that they had used almond milk instead. Fortunately I was close to home but I called the location who confirmed they entered the order wrong and gave me almond milk. Fortunately I am ok but the location’s response was simply “Sorry about that. It’s really busy here.” Suffice it to say I won’t return to this location and warn everyone to closely check their label codes.
