Several years ago, I sat down with several companies to find someone to do my taxes. After sitting down with the team members of Financial 1 Tax Services, I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and approach. I have been going there now for several years and have been impressed every time. I highly recommend this company and appreciate their high level of customer service.

I've been with Financial 1 for the last 4 or 5 years. Ally and Tatyana have been professional, friendly, and have never steered me wrong since I've been working with them. She fixed my previous tax issues and did it in a timely manner. I trust Financial 1 and will never go anywhere else because of their extensive knowledge, experience, diligence, and dedication to their clients. I highly recommend her services!nn~Johnnie~

I've been doing taxes for over 8 years with a tax office in Washington DC, paid $180 for full service. The down fall of their office was sitting there for over 2 hours to get my taxes completed. I didn't get a sense of my taxes being completed at it's 100%. Financial 1 Tax Services was a bit more pricier, paying around $400 for full service. After meeting with Tatyana I felt a sense of being in good hands. I dropped off my W2 and everything else on a Thursday. Tuesday of next week my taxes were completed in a very professional presentation, and was very surprised with how much more my refund is going to be this year. So you really get what you pay for, in a positive way with Financial 1Tax Services. I definitely recommend Financial 1 Tax Services to anyone who is tied of having issues with their current tax office. Having Tatyana as our Tax professional is a big Blessing.

I called to ask some basic questions and considered filing my taxes with them until the end of said phone call. The secretary or receptionist that I spoke to is way easier to talk to them whoever the tax agents are.nIt seemed like she was uninterested in answering my question to gain my business. She then tried to get me for information and a appointment. Not happing.nnHowever they do respond very quickly , waisted no time answering initial call or responding to my call. A- on the speed.

I went to Financial Tax 1 with multiple years that still had not been filed. They were fast, reasonably priced and very professional. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly at this family owned and operated firm. I will continue to use them for all my tax needs!
