Fabulous! Love this location because it's clean/fresh. And the proprietors are VERY friendly & professional!
I have used multiple storage companies and locations around Baltimore and this place wins the prize. This storage building is remarkably clean inside and out. It is well lit and also has plenty of natural light. Lots of carts available - I have never had a problem securing a cart. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Location convenient. Always feels safe. All around excellent storage facility.
Its a storage space, which is clean but incredibly overpriced and very corporate. Avoid it if you can. If you can't avoid it, expect rent increases every time they can legally do so.
Quirky rent raises, they are very arbitrary about them. Generally clean and well-lit. If it wasn't for the lights being on a motion sensor that automatically turn the lights off, leaving you in your unit completely in the dark, I would be much more inclined to give them a better rating. Bring a flashlight with you!
Shelly had great customer service as soon as I walked in the door. She was alert and knew her information in order to help me process everything quickly and smoothly. She also provided me with the best ways to save money and prepare for my next payment. I had a great time.
