Syreeta was really awesome when I came to rent. She was able to get me a space that would work for my needs and was extremely patient going over everything. Had a great experience
Ms. Syreeta is the best!!! I am truly grateful for her world-class customer service that she provides. She has been very positive despite the situation that she had to address while assisting me. She was able to address my concerns and needs. It's because of Ms. Syreeta that I am a client of Public Storage. Please make sure that she receives bonuses and is paid for her skills and abilities. Syreeta was so nice with helping me this was my first time rent and I will only work with her. She made me expecting great even when I messed up and ordered the wrong then. You dont get customer service like her no more she need a raise just basic on how helpful and knowledgeable she was with your system
