Leasing a new storage space was easy and safe. I reserved the size and type of unit online and Gloria called me to finalize details and create a lease (which was also completed online). She was very friendly and informative, ready with all the information and assistance for a trouble-free move-in. I was able to store my items the same day. Gloria had my lock and instructions set up in the storage unit ahead of time. The facility looks very clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of carts so you can load up all your stuff in one trip. The elevators worked well and the garage door entrances are convenient for bringing in large items. Very pleased with the experience. Thank you, Gloria!
After needing to quickly move back to Baltimore from the West Coast to be with family during an already hectic 2020 summer, when we found this particular branch of Extra Space Storage, and Dante and Gloria were nothing but remarkably kind and accommodating from the get go. Excellent customer care. We've been using the unit for 3 months now since our return and we've got nothing but great things to say! Thank you both so much for everything.
The best storage experience I’ve ever had! Facility is super clean & secure. Donte was super professional , kind , & helpful during such a stressful time.He answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable about the facility and how storage works in general. So glad I choose this location!! I highly recommend!
I like that its so close to my house. Its always Very clean. I like the security especially at the fact that they will call you at a reasonable time to make sure you're OK an your belongings are ok. An The staff is so friendly an very professional. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
Very good experience. Reserved online, was met by Gloria who was super efficient, organized and helpful. She gave me her full attention even though it was a busy day there. She reviewed the contract terms thoroughly and showed me the space. The facility looks clean, the space looks fine, overall a positive experience!
