Charles is amazing with his customer service which is a rarity these days. He is very helpful especially when a keep forgetting my unit number and how to get to it. He walks me to my unit with no complaints. (Edited)I'm still here guys and they are amazing!

I absolutely loved using this storage unit facility! The employees are so SO kind and helpful! I knew my things were in good hands from the moment I got there. Great, very friendly, welcoming environment. I would like to specifically thank Dameian for his help, he always made sure I had what I needed and was there to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend to anyone looking to store their things! Would absolutely use again if ever I am in need!

Everyone at this location was so helpful and turned a horrible day around. Moving cross country from California and the movers showed up unexpectedly at 9am a week early (my apartment was not ready yet). After a quick search, this was the closest location. Mr. Charles walked me through the process, showed me multiple units to ensure I had enough space, and advised me on renting a unit for a short period of time (just until my apartment was ready).nnThe movers just threw our stuff in the space instead of strategically placing (after they verified it was more than enough space). We ended up not being able to fit our beds and a couch in the unit (they should have put those in first). Mr. Charles saw us struggling and immediately came to help. We ended up completely rearranging the space and everything fit perfectly. He was so accommodating and helpful.

I am surprised by the high rating on this place. A quick look indicates that majority of these reviews are by people who only have 1 or 2 reviews on google which indicates that they just might be fake.nnMy wife and I had a poor experience at this facility today. It was cold and windy, and Damien insisted that we use the small side door instead of main door because he claimed it was cold outside. Using a smaller door was a huge inconvenience for us and slipped and fell - all so that Mr. Damien could feel warm and cozy inside his cubicle!

Spoke with Charles at Hillen Street looking for a less expensive unit. Instead of moving, Charles was kind enough at his suggestion to get me a discount on the space I already have on Russell Street. What a great example for others to follow. Thank you Charles.
