Customer service was stellar, the manager addressed all my questions. Some reviewers were disappointed in the hours of availability but I actually prefer them, ensuring the manager is on site. I have used them in the past and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Pretty easy set up. Customer service here is great... In person. On the phone it could be better. Communication could also improve - but I don't have any issues with you guys! Been storing stuff here for 2.5 years... Pretty reliable!
Very close to our home and convenient. Great options for units, easily accessible. The carts to load our things and take them up are great. The gentleman that helped check us in (Jason maybe? I'm terrible with names) was so friendly and helpful, and made the processes effortless and smooth. I honestly wish we would have known about this place sooner! Very reasonably priced and we will likely continue to be costumers for a long time.
The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the facility. Especially when the elevators were not working. My daughter used the facility and referred me to them as well. I moved my things in storage while I stayed with family and I am now moving into my own place. Thanks
