Baltimore City WIC Clinic

I took my new born all the way to there's office once I enter front desk lady start asking me questions like the investigator we made the appointment but they did not see my baby they said bring mom with you I had all documents birth certificate every documents what they need but they refused to see my baby vey rude peoplenAnd I ask them to talk to the supervisor but they don't let me talk to them even though they lied supervisor is on vacations who can take the action??nAny one know where to call who can solve this problem people over there are very rude they don't conceder people's like humans

Staff has always been very nice and friendly. I've never had to wait or had any issues with my appointments/appointment times.

The director and anyone above them does not help out anyway they are suppose to .... they basically gave me the run arounds to why they would not supply an emergency can for my child after i just been there for an appointment a few weeks ago. Because of an error on their end. They asked me to be unaccommodating to bring my child in as well as taking off of work at the last min. I am very unpleased from speaking to the rep to the director ms. lee and now waiting on her boss to call debra.. i been on wic twice for 5 years and this is the first time i have been so displeased at this place and the fact they are suppose to support child and mom ... smh disappointed

Update: appt at 9 am why haven't i been seen its 10am.
