After speaking with a couple of lawyers elsewhere who offered little patience or useful information, I called the offices of Herndon and O'Meara. Christopher O'Meara answered and in the 20 minutes we spoke he explained in detail all that I needed to know about the legal process I was about to begin. I hired him and found both he and Mrs Herndon to be compassionate, understanding, professional and attentive throughout a tricky process. They made themselves available to answer any questions I had, and even made themselves available at odd hours when emergency required. Their rates were reasonable, and their service was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
