Absolutely amazing law firm. I am a first responder who was injured in the line of duty. I was hesitant at first of the process, hesitant of the time tables. And had no hope any case would be resolved in my favor. But after a three year battle for the criminal side of the case, and a three year battle with the insurance company, they came out on top. And got me my top dollar settlement offer accepted. They never gave in, never lost the faith. And always had my interests at heart. Espically Laura Simmons who pushed it over the top. Her dedication and ruthless negotiations set the precedent we weren't messing around, which was what eventually got us more then we ever expected.nThank you all so much, for everything!nnHIGHLY recommend them.

The attorneys here are always very professional and very good at what they do. I had Kerry Lingenfelter for my custody case and it was a pleasure to work with her. She was always available whenever I had questions or needed to discuss the case. Kerry was very friendly and took an active interest in my case and that in turn made me feel like not only was she my attorney but that she had a vested interest and genuinely cared about me and my family. Their services don't come cheap, but I feel like all the attorneys that I have worked with at this firm are worth every cent.

Laura Simmons - It was great working with Laura. She is a very good lawyer. She made me feel comfortable from our first contact by phone and even more so when we finally met in person. She is very personable, but was also very honest and upfront about what to expect from my case. She kept in constant communication about what was going on and why. She did not give up and I was more than delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend her, and although I hope I won't need her services again, she would be the first lawyer I would call.
