I leased 12667 Laurel Bowie Rd Laurel Md on July 2 at around 8pm rent was not pro-rated as it should have been.. Air condition was not working at the time I believed they would take care of that since they were well aware it was not working, not! They billed me $460. The ceiling is leaking which they new as well. It continues to leak on rainy days.. I have not received a copy of the lease as of yet, over 2 months. Should I hold the rent until I have a copy of my lease!my experience with this location has been the worst I have ever had.. please people get things fix before signing, don’t trust anyone but the lord or you will regret.
