I stayed at Walnut Hill while assigned to JRTC. It is a perfect location, just minutes from gate 7 going onto north fort. The best part is that Victor and Tiffany are incredible people. Security was good, never had any issues when I would leave for a week or longer. Mostly military residents. Quiet at night.

Stayed for 2 weeks. I work nights so generally there is a lot of noise and such during the day. I had peace and quiet the entire time. Clean facilities. I had a great stay and plan to come back! Thanks much

Decent little park. Seems to mostly draw military crowd because of proximity to Ft. Polk, which is fine with me as a retired Army guy and good for no military because you can't ask for better neighbors then a Soldier. Didn't look at facilities but price is good.

Vic is an outstanding owner and easy to work with. He is a straight shooter and will help you with anything you need. If you are a Soldier or Contractor the facility is 7 minutes away from Alligator Lake Gate. OC/T's if your wife has a job at your home station and she doesn't want to leave, rent is the most affordable and you don't have to spend your entire paycheck on rent. The grounds are beautiful and the People are very professional and nice. I would recommend anyone to this place.

Owners are so nice! We lived here for about 6 months and enjoyed the quiet community! We will miss it very much.
