I asked for a eggnormus burrito and a fully loaded crissonwich the lady said they didn't have them but after I placed my order they had pictures of both on their sign and my coffee was cold and my wife asked them for 4 cream 4 sugars okay so he gave me the cream and sugar and shut the window like here do it yourself go screw yourself I mean you could at least have gave me hot coffee and put it in I waited like an hour just to get food just ridiculous

Stopped in for dinner and got four different meals for family since it was late food was ready pretty quick & I love the new Sourdough Double!

Drive thru closed today for some reason. Went inside staff was overwhelmed with the line inside. I was given the wrong receipt for my food. My order still was not ready. Just a bad day. This restaurant usually does better.

Last week ordered 4 whoppers and two kids chicken nuggets with extra fries. Got home to find to cold burgers and 2 chicken nuggets meals no fries with cookies. Called up there and they told me to come back for free meal. Went back today to pick up meal and watched them barely put my burgers together, cover the wrappers in mustard and throw them down the line so they unwrapped and then tossed in my bag for my family. I am an army wife and I will starve before bringing anymore of my husband's money to this place. They are rude and very upset about having to remake orders but can't get them right the first time.
